Well, I am short (4′ 11″) and I know for my size I am overweight. I just feel he didn’t have to say your SO overweight. The funny thing is the nurse was in the room at the time and she’s way bigger than me! Anyways, I have started my diet and hope to get this BP down. Again, you look great! Thanks for the reply!

I agree with you nothing wrong with checking the scale. When you don’t check the scale that is when a person can let their weight get out of hand. I weigh myself daily and stay away from soda and fast foods. I also work out 1 hour daily.

no u can eat lean meats like boneless skinless chicken breast or turkey or fish things like that;)

I’m sooo mad!!! I wish you were doing this now, because I’m starting now and would have loved to do this with you!!! I am not confident enough to put my before pics up, though. I am not happy about where I am and need to lose 30 pounds. ACK!!! I’m going to start with Fat Smash and see how it works. I’m looking at all your videos for motivation. =)

i agree about the scale obsession! i am the same way cuz it motivates me to stick to my diet. it is a positive influence for me.
