    I love these old roasts – but my question is, whenever a good joke is made about Milton Berle he always looks pissed. Is that a gag, or is he really pissed off? I’m only 27 but I love these, and I’m too young to know much about Milton Berle. :D

    It’s just a gag. he always pretended to be insulted it was part of his running act.

    I thought so too, initially, but as I watched more of these, it looked like Milton was actually getting angry. Then again, Foster Brooks was completely sober up on the podium. Such great actors & actresses back then.

    @5ivepdx It was his thing. He just has a goofy look to his face and he played it when ever he could. I love it when he gets zinged, he over reacts every time.
